The Hunstanton Young Riders Weekend is an opportunity to bring young kite surfers together. It will be aimed at tracking down the young riders of the UK between the ages of 11 - 18 and bring them together for a fun action packed weekend. We would like to meet you and find out what your needs are within kitesurfing.

The weekend will include coaching both on and off the water and will be based out of Hunstanton Sailing club where we will have full use of the facilities over the whole weekend. The areas that the coaching will pay particular attention to are:

• Kitesurfing Safety & Good Practise
• Injury Prevention
• Improving level with On the water coaching

The Hunstanton Young Riders weekend will kick start the British Youth Advanced Kitesurfing Training program creating a pathway to provide inspiration, excitement and fun.

Parent wise I would be glad for your help during the weekend if you are available. Having some extra hands on deck to help with launch and landing would definitely help with the smooth running and there may be times that I would like your help to ensure the safe running of certain activities such as competitions and bbq’s. Hopefully this will be a good chance for us all to meet, get to know each other and have lots of active fun in the process too.
