One to one tips mid session

This trip is the first of its kind providing the opportunity for kitesurfing families to make the most of their holiday and develop their level under the guidance of professional kitesurfer and experienced coach Jo Wilson. Taking the responsibility off the parent and on to the coach you will both be able to hit the water and cruise together.

You will be staying at the luxury 4* Breakers Hotel with views over the pool or sea. The banquet of food laid out morning and night is delicious and more then you can hope for to refuel your bodies ready for the next days action. It is hard to imagine a better set up for a more relaxing stay.

Each kitesurfer will be given a goal sheet from the start where you and Jo will create your own personal route to develop your kitesurfing and help you land new tricks that are right for you. You will be split in to 2 groups where she will intensively coach you and help you reach these goals. The aim is to give you a serious element of one to one attention and then leave you to absorb, free ride and practise the techniques suggested under your own steam.

Techniques used to help you progress are:

• Demonstrating progressive steps on the beach
• High Definition Video coaching
• Providing tips from the waters edge mid session
• Action sheets with regular goals

In the evening and as the sun goes down Jo will go over some stretches and strengthening exercises to demonstrate how to limit injury and ease out the happy kinks from a full day on the water. After eating as much as you can muster we shall then check out the highlights from the video footage that day.

Watch out, these holidays are massively energetic and dedicated to leaving you feeling healthier, happier, fitter and ready to rock the water on your return!

Flights are available with Easyjet from London Gatwick or if you would like to fly from Manchester they are available with both Thomas Cook & Thomson.The flight timings work out perfectly for both the 1st day and last day of each holiday. They are between £300 and £400 return.
